Sam saw it lying there, shining like the new day. Lincoln smirked up at him with his best Gettysburg Address face. Sam walked over, bent down, and grabbed the coin. As he straightened, a garbage truck slammed into him. He flew one way; Lincoln landed in the other direction and waited for someone else to pick him up.
